Courteous and helpful team, but at times let themselves down by a lack of urgency in following-up on issues and providing clear, timely communication, e.g. results of inspections. Good at the sales & marketing, but some opportunity for improvement on the operational side. Generally efficient in collection and payment of funds. A need to focus on protecting the landlords' assets.

Brilliant service. The staff have been friendly and professional every time I have spoken to him and I was surprised by the efficiency! I would definitely recommend using Belvoir to help find a property.

Would not recommend to anyone... needed help to find a property never contacted me also needed help with a tenancy agreement and they didn't bother

The Belvoir Watton team have been very efficient and pleasant to deal with in the recent re-letting of my house. They're not afraid to use their initiative and just get on with the job which I find really helpful. I've been letting my house with them for several years and the service has been the same since day 1.

HORRENDOUS!!! Don’t know where to start?! Compassion towards a family with an infant without hot water or heating over the New Year for 2 weeks? Ha..not a chance! It took me to call them to be kept up to date with what was going on and when it was going to be fixed. Without hot water or heating and just over 1c I had to move out of the property, with this explained to them I received the response of ‘Well if you owned your own property you’d be in the same situation so there is nothing we could do to help’. If I owned my own property I would have insurance to cover such times. Nothing but sarcastic come backs and no compassion. How about the lack of ability to do their own admin? Despite having provided them with 4 email addresses, 2 mobile numbers, a landline and a work number not one member of staff has the ability to use any of them to contact us as tenants. Management is just as bad if not worse. 24 Hours notice before viewings? NOPE!! More like turn up on your door with people to view and management saying they called to arrange viewings for Thursday…wait a moment this is Friday and no one confirmed an actual day or times! Directing sarcastic comments about me to my 1year old…..Yep and that’s the management. My landlords have been nothing but brilliant, it is such a shame that this is the sort of company that represents their home. All in all I wouldn’t touch this company even if I saw my dream home to buy through them. They are nothing but totally unorganised, sarcastic, rude and totally useless.
