I recently used Belvoir Tadley to sell a property, whilst unfortunately an another agent achieved the sale I wanted to share my experience. I personal owned and worked as an estate agents in Dorset for 15 years. I found Jacob and his team to be very approachable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. On the day I arranged valuations I had three local estate agents, two gave the usual lines, told me what I guess they thought I wanted me to hear, over promised and I would be confident in saying they would have under delivered! Right through the process I was kept well informed, all viewings were booked in I had text and email confirmation (Unlike another agent who went in without saying and left the doors open for the weekend!) All offers were put forward with quality information and checks made to buyers financial situations. Overall I would make Belvoir Tadley the only place to go for property sales and rental in the area. Please take it from me this is how estate agency should be done!. Well done Jacob, Robert and the whole team you really are first class estate agents

Huge thank you to Robert, Sarah and Iona for an outstanding customer experience, for the 'Let Only' service of my property. Robert and his team were informative, knowledgeable , honest, friendly, flexible and highly professional. I was kept informed throughout the process with regular feedback calls and texts advising when viewings had been arranged. Having had a previous poor level of letting service, Robert and his Belvoir team are a refreshing change and have restored my faith. I will be using Robert and his specialist letting team again and I can thoroughly recommend. THANK YOU!

We used Belvoir to sell our property in Tadley. From first consultation to the end of sale they were very professional yet friendly at the same time and not at all pushy. Special thanks to Chris and Jacob for being so helpful. We would highly recommend Belvoir!

It was great working with you guys over the few months in the run up to the event. Your communication was excellent and you really couldn’t do enough to help us with our event, from advertising to offering a very generous first prize in the raffle.
