Impossible to book an appointment via the phone. You have to physically go there and still there is nothing. No consideration for working parents unless you sit at home all day and wait for that 11:20 appointment! Had enough and going private! I wish I could get my money back from the NHS!

Horrible service. Patients are treated like trash here by the receptionist. Absolutely unprofessional and every time I go, a minimum of half hour waiting despite of arriving on time. That's the hardest thing to do with impatient toddlers running around screaming all the time.

Friendly receptionist, only female doc seem to listen to you with problems. Have had bad experiences with two of the male doc..not listening and some bad advice. Very worrying when it's your new born baby and heart related issues for myself
