I have called the sales office many times and left messages but no sales staff have returned calls so far. I even left messages with names of your sales staff mentioned, but in vain! It has been a week! It seems no one is working there. Every time I got the hot line I was asked to leave a message and said someone would get back to me as soon as possible..... what a joke!! I felt I was fooled. My other friends have had the same bad experience making inquries to the sales office but in the end got all disappointments and anger after all !! Bellway management teams should have make sure the service quality of their sales staff at Marmalade at the Jam Factory. No other Bellway sales office and staff have given customers this bad and appalling impression! Reflect! This sort of appalling service must have ruined the reputation of Bellway. The CEO should have noticed this in no delay!!!
This is a stylish development of new properties on what was once the site of a Jam factory. The choice of available new homes is getting limited due to the development of the site coming to a end. Prices are slightly high for the area but the properties appear to be well built.
No one picked up the phone, no one in office despite being working hours. Disappointed by this but other sites have been a lot better.
