Brilliant experience from start to finish. The sales team especially Conor we’re great, ensuring everything that was was promised was delivered, even a couple of weeks after the sale was completed. It’s a fantastic service that you just don’t get from some of the big used car dealers in Belfast. Would highly recommend.
Could not recommend enough! Conor and the team will find the right deal for you. Got a great deal on some new wheels and the price was the best on the market. Had the best experience at Bells Crossgar dealing with Conall. From the get go he listened to what I wanted and provided me with all the detail I needed and more! Knowledge and customer service was absolutely excellent. Conall went above and beyond for me and nothing was ever too much hassle. Top guy! I would absolutely recommend and would certainly deal with again in future!
Fantastic service as always, left Vauxhall Insignia in to have a diagnostic for a check engine light, part ordered, diagnostic completed and part fitted within 24hrs. Upon arrival the guys went above and beyond by cleaning both the interior and exterior of the car, bowled over by amazing service would recommend Bells to everyone.
I had a fantastic experience with Conall and Kathryn at Bells recently when buying a new car. Conall was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything and bith Conall and Kathryn consistently kept me informed with what was happening. Nothing ever seemed to much. I was delighted to arrive and be warmly greeted, have the handover done so easily and drive away feeling delighted with the service and car I had received. The service was excellent, had a personal touch and very much left me feeling like a VIP. Will definitely be recommending Conall at Bells.
We recently had a baby and needed to change our car to something more suitable. From the minute we enquired with Bells and got speaking with Conor, the customer service was just exceptional! Everything was explained very clearly and our needs were listened to! Conor was extremely patient in sorting everything out for me, even when there was a 2 weeks delay as I waited on my licence to come back with my married name on it - he was extremely understanding and supportive. On the day of pick up, unfortunately Conor was off, but Conall and the rest of the team couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. I couldn’t recommend Bells enough - thank you Conor and the whole team
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely waiting room with tv and coffee/hot choc/tea machine. Even let my German shepherd wait with me in out of the rain. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
