Very disappointed. Judging by the ratings of this establishment, I expected a great customer experience. If I could rate 0 stars, I would, just by the way I was treated on the phone while trying to make an appointment. I was turned away for an infill because "they weren't the one who put my nail extensions on". The girl on the phone didn't even offer other services, like removal, and just cut me off and about to hang up on me, when I asked further questions about a new set. I can afford the service, and probably could have spent a lot of money here as a long term repeat client, but I'll just take my business where I'm welcome.
Absolutely fantastic, my nails look beautiful and I really enjoyed the appointment. I have been a chronic nail biter all my life, for the first time I am not ashamed of my hands. The team have been very helpful and supportive. Definitely recommend if you're a nail biter and want some help to stop. Thanks Lindsay!Service: Manicure

The lassie spent a long time beautifully filing and buffing my nails before painting them. She was so friendly. 5 minutes after leaving the shop I smudged the polish on my thumb. I went back to the shop to ask to buy the polish so I could redo it. Despite it being near closing time she insisted on repainting my mail for me. Brilliant service!!
