We have used Bellcom for a few years for our telecoms support. Any problems we have had have been resolved quickly by speaking to them. We are moving premises and used Bellcom to sort out and maintain our broadband at the new premises which is in a strange location and slightly problematic to sort out. The process has been so straightforward and so much easier than dealing with one of the large telecoms providers. The fact we were able to speak directly to the Bellcom team instead of a random person in the call center who would have had no idea what was going on has made the whole process so much easier. Various businesses that I've been involved in have been customers of Bellcom for over a decade. Their focus on customer service is exceptional. If rarely you have an issue their response time is always excellent. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. My business is, I am sure, one of the smaller ones they serve but they don't make you feel like an unimportant minnow!

Bellcom staff are knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and offer excellent advice and support. We use them for all our business telecom and tech support and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Following my call with Steve to discuss my telecoms requirements Bellcom and the team came to to set up my broadband and home VOIP phone system . I can honestly say I have been professionally informed and guided through the whole process of switching from my original landline system to the cloud. Steve switched my home broadband over to the business grade se have which has improved the reliability greatly. I love the new system, any missed calls are emailed to my mobile. All current landline and mobile numbers remained the same which was an importance feature for me as a business. I ordered replacement iPhones which arrived the next day which was a great fast reliable service. Bellcom have a friendly knowledgeable team and I definitely recommended this company.
We have been clients of Bellcom for over 10 years and are delighted with the service we have received and the associated very competitive costs.
