We went here for dinner on my birthday and the service was excellent, as was the food. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back here.

Excellent starters and mains. A little disappointed with the dessert. Many items not available, and what was available wasn't great. Service was slow and had to ask to take our order, but food came out in a timely manner. Overall loved it and yes definitely going back.Food: 5/5
A lovely restaurant with warmly welcoming service and fantastic food. The size of the dishes are perfect for lunch or dinner. I got a calzone picante two glass of red wine and a cheeseboard for dessert like a size of a main course for £32 it was one of the best experience in an Italian restaurant ever.They makes everything freshly, and you can taste with care and passion. Not just pasta or pizza, everyone could find something for sure, and the desserts are heavenly. I felt the place is a bit hidden for the value what it's represent but luckily we found it.
I cannot thank this restaurant enough for how beautiful our celebration was here for my mother's 50th. We were not the best guests to say the least we were late as we got the reservation wrong and we therefore had to rush straight to the restaurant without our cake. They showed no frustrations to our tardiness and even gave my mum a little dessert with a candle in, remembering the reason for our reservation. We ordered ahead some vegetarian options from their menu and made some alterations to items on the day and all requests were fulfilled with no problems. The dishes were divine. Would absolutely recommend this little gem in Abingdon to anyone. Even the atmosphere is brilliant here. Warm, cosy and welcoming. Thank you again!

Cycled from Oxford, stopped for pizza here. They have some outdoor tables which is great on a sunny day. The toppings were good but the base was not great. Couldn't eat the corners. I wish they can make the base better then it would be fantastic.
Read all for full review. Brilliant starters, great amount of service, I prefer it when they ask me how it is once whilst doing something else. Wine range perfect. Value is average to good. Music is excellent, decor is good. Mains: Calzone, there must have a thimble full of sauce, it was seriously dry. Gnocchi wasn't home made fresh, bulked buy or frozen, full meal wasn't ready and had to wait 10 minutes for it to be ready. Overall 3/5 due to ruining a couple of classic Italian dishes. Restaurant was empty, and I think complacency got in the way on this occasion. Will try again as I always do.
Lovely little restaurant with great decor. The tables were arranged with care and the place felt of high class without feeling posh. Staff were freindly and helpful. We had the bolognese and margharita, both of which were excellent. Menu is available on their website which is really helpful. It also offers take-away. I've taken off one star because we actually didn't eat in the restaurant but ordered take-away. I called up around 90 minutes before I wanted to collect the food and gave my order, but when I arrived they seemed surprised to see me and the food wasn't ready. I had to wait 15 minutes in the restaurant to collect my food, which was frustrating because I was in a spot of a hurry. They didn't really apologise or offer any discount, which would have re-earned them the 5th star.
