Nice restaurant, modern and clean. Met for a catch up with friends over dinner. Was easy to chat as the surroundings and music wasn't too loud. Staff were friendly and efficient. The pasta main was very nice however the dough sticks for desert could have been nicer. Would recommend this place but not the dough sticks desert :-

Giving 5 star for the service in this busy retail park restaurant. Popped in on Saturday 26th October late evening. No booking. Busy, busy, busy! Table for two? No problem. 5 minutes to get it ready. Seated by a person whom I assume was the manager - certainly looked like it. Offering tables, advising customers and delegating to waiting staff. A hard worker? Absolutely. He sped around working at a rate of knots. Delegated to our waitress who was efficient; friendly; professional and helpful. Thanks to both. Food was what we would expect from a chain. Reasonable, tasty and served quickly. Just what we needed. Thanks to all.
We liked the atmosphere and the waiter was exceptionally good, which made it an enjoyable experience. It is a pity that we did not think that either the food or the coffee was outstanding, but the chocolate chip dough dessert was interesting and very delicious.
This place seriously lacked the atmosphere of your more authentic Italian restaurants!! That said, the waiting staff were actually really nice and they tried they're best, but something was just missing. Food was very average too. Again, lacking in the flavours you would expect in a genuine Italian restaurant!! Stodgy pasta with no real taste. Husband's "well done" steak was kinda pink. Hubby really should have complained but we had already waited 30 minutes to be served, we really didnt fancy waiting another 30 minutes in this dull establishment. We definitely wouldn't rush back, or reccomend !!!!
We had a good meal here after the bowling. Service was good, they have a decent kids menu and none of us had any complaints. I would always suggest getting a coupon for it.
Where do I start? It's located in a great area near to the capital and near sterling. It has a lot around it like a gym a pool and a cinema. We went in a got a booking and the staff where very friendly. They were lovely towards me and my family and the food was amazing. The slow cooked ribs where the most amazing and juicy ribs I have tasted I think ever and i am dying to have them again. The pricing is reasonable and it's lovely inside the building. They also offer seating outside for anyone wanting to enjoy there meal in the sun.
Lovely family meal tonight me and my husband couldn't decide between pizza and pasta so each ordered one and shared, staff were happy to accommodate this and even split the meal before it arrived for us! As a coeliac I can order from a varied menu which is a novelty for me! Lovely setting for a romantic meal but child friendly too!
We eat here all the time and highly recommend it for family meals, I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here, the staff have always been very nice, the kids menu is excellent and as a non meat eater there's always plenty on the menu for me with nice healthy salad options too. Heading there tonight for another family celebration, it's the first place we think of for a good meal at a reasonable price in a easy atmosphere with kids.
In my opinion the restaurant was rubbish, the food was over priced as the stuff was double what it says on the online menu as well as the service, as I left a balloon and they throw it away, even though after 10 minutes I came back for it. Reason I think it’s over priced it was literally £8 for spaghetti with tomato a sauce, unless your willing to spend expensive money on easy and cheap food go ahead or even food that is small portions, me and friends also booked it and when we entered they said we hadn’t booked it and they could fit us in, as if we didn’t book like 3 days prior.
