How is it the company doesn't have a spam call block for seniors was paying Grandmother home phone Bill and when I turned on the phone right away it was a toll number. OI! Excellent service by Sales Agent, Kabir, or KB. He was very helpful and professional in attending to our needs when we came looking to do a phone upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 15. He was very patient in answering all our questions and showed the different options without being intimidating. The store us very clean and tidy and has good selections. Thank you KB for excellent customer service.
In and out with 2 new phones at a sick price in 20 minutes. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Bell only for the person helping me to tell me that the deals they have available to them aren't the same as what's on the Bell website. Walked in the store and got everything I wanted and more. MD hooked me up real quick and got me and my son home for nap time.
Great experience and help from Shadir and Rasel for help my sister and I with moving our phone from Rogers to Bell and making our own account. Very professional and supportive for us to make this change and have us the best deal for what we could afford. Rasel also helped us make sure we could change our family home phone into a plan with home phone, internet and TV and make our month bill a lot cheaper. Really appreciate their help, great staff :

Janine was excellent. I upgraded to a iPhone 15 Pro max on Wednesday Mar 20-2024 and was so impressed with her walking me through all the options available. I was convinced that she had my interest at heart and did not hesitate to upgrade. Strongly suggest that if you are looking for an upgrade, see Janine at the Scarborough Town bell location

Store was under Reno and had a kiosk set up in the middle of the mall. I was looking at upgrading to a new phone but the experience was disappointing to say the least. Couldn’t tell me what colours were available and in stock. Couldn’t show me a phone other than holding up their own at a distance? Looked up my info I’m a LONG time Bell customer and offered me a plan but couldn’t speak to sharing the plan as I do now with my spouse or the difference in pricing.from my current plan. The young man kept asking his coworker questions and exchanged smiles and eye rolls? I didn’t feel confident in going forward with a purchase and left feeling that my business wasn’t important to Bell and the service underwhelming. Still without a new phone and looking at other options. Update to my earlier review…I had an amazing experience at this newly renovated store! Arrived early and was greeted by Mohammed, who was professional and personable and walked me through the entire process of upgrading to a new phone. Thanks to this Bell employee my previous experience with Bell has been turned around! Thank you Mohammed!
I have been on over the phone trying to fix an issue about the product I purchased for the past 5 days. Coming to this store and meeting MD has been the best thing that happened yet. He helped resolved the issue, was extremely patient and even got me a better deal. THANK YOU MD. Amazing.
