If you have noise complaints it’ll be ignored, and you’ll be forced to stay up long after midnight due to non sensical noise being made by seemingly idiots. If your name is David or Rob you’re probably the worst and noisiest neighbors in the world but it’s fine because there will be no consequences. This place quickly becomes a nightmare.
Still a nice place to live, snow is cleared during the winter, gym and EV charger are right down the street, RiverEdge pizza couple minute drive away, management helpful and respond quickly. Rent appears to be fair and reflective of current renters market.
Office staff is very kind and make the experience of renting welcoming. Very nice and modern buildings. Just wish they had more amenities dog park, pool
Maintenance has been nice every time they’ve came and they’ve also been fast and efficient. I’ve gotten everything fixed the day that they came which, was usually the same day or the next day. He’s always nice when he comes. Had my 3 year old granddaughter and my house was a DISASTER…he was very nice and understanding
Every time I’ve had an issue it’s been handled so professionally and promptly! The staff is always courteous and accommodating. I did have a situation where chocolate was spread all over my door knob and smeared on my doorperhaps an early Halloween prank? after I reported it I came home to a perfectly clean door. That is the only somewhat serious issue I’ve had but that is not the fault of the complex. Thank you so much -I am enjoying my new home. Although I must say I do wish we had a pool hint
My brother in law lives here and says everything is fantastic here. There is no elevator which is tough for some family members who visit but is overall a great complex.
Bell Estates is a beautiful and very clean complex, Jo is super helpful and kind. I’m very excited to be moving into my unit!
I have nothing but great things to say about living here! ALL the staff does an amazing job at taking care of the property and treating their residents right! Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly and the guys are just great and respectful of your home.. Everyone in the front office genuinely cares about you and treats you like family! Always felt very safe in this area! Great places around the complex for walking my dog. We are sad to leave here but need to move to Toledo to take care of our family, family first! We certainly never wanted to leave this beautiful area! Thank you Bell Estates!
I did not expect my issue to be fixed so fast!! It was my first time requesting maintenance. Great job!
