I sent a application letter to the passport office. My package was weighed here and a price given to cover postage which I paid. 12wks later the package was returned to me with a sticker stating postage costs was underpaid by £1.50. Obviously I blame these who have put my application back by 12wk due to them not following the correct process of their job. The sooner they close these sub post offices the better as there are still people working in them that haven't a clue.
The red headed lady that works at the post office, I didn't catch her name -maybe Liz or Eliza, is very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
A good place, best time to go there is in the morning if you're in a rush. The post office was easy with helpful staff
Always busy which is good, but never enough staff, if you're waiting for the post office part, you can wait up to 20mins for the shop part que to go first. Time your visit!
Note post office does not open til 9am. Guy on counter clearly didn't care. Customer service at is finest !!
