Not good at all. I ordered a Chinese for my parent's anniversary because I know it's their favourite. Needless to say, I'd ordered from Beijing before, and didn't think twice to use them again. However, after selecting my food and receiving a confirmation email, we waited a VERY long time. It had been an hour, and although I expected it to be busy since it was a Friday night, I decided to ring them up. Rang both numbers several times and I didn't get a single response. After AN HOUR AND A HALF with still no food, I received an email saying that they could not confirm my food order. By now it's 9:30 and we are starving and don't know where to go that will still be open. Will never use again. Please save yourselves the disappointment and do the same
Ordered a significant amount of food for delivery a couple of Saturdays ago. Not only took ages longer than advised but many and mainly the many n dishes missing . Totally messed up a special evening. Missing dishes arrived 50 months mutes later cold. They admitted their fault but no apology or refund. Absolutely appalling. Will never use again.
The food is a little inconsistent - excellent sometimes and average others. I tend to go in for collection but the two times I've opted for delivery, the orders have taken well over an hour especially frustrating when you're told it will be 30mins.
Lots that's good about this restaurant. Good portions, reasonable prices, and seemingly good quality ingredients. Service is also quite good, though on the phone things are sometimes slow; however, they make things very quickly. Particularly good is the deep fried king prawns and the deep fried spare ribs with salt and pepper. Their chicken with cashew nuts and yellow bean sauce is not great, however; there's something odd about the texture. Other dishes are a bit hit and miss, though you get used to the ones to avoid many are just bland - chicken and mange tout for example. I also wish their appetiser/starters had a bit more selection. On the whole, though, I return here again and again, and probably will keep doing so.
Ordered on line for collection at 6.45 , was ready when I got there , still hot when I got home and food was very good, have had in the past but they must have new chef now and food back to what it was some years ago. Will be going again. This has to be the best on town now as all other dropped in quality dramatically.
I will never order from this place again.Placed an order for delivery for 8pm called the establishment at 8.30pm to be told they were very busy and it's on it's way.Phoned 10 minutes later to be told we have a new driver who doesn't know the area.Called back at 9pm and told then to cancel the order.Phoned Just Eat who cancelled the order and gave me a full refund. Sorry Beijing I will not be using you again.
Used this place in the past and it's generally been ok but today 27th Dec we ordered online and I received an email to confirm that but no food ever showed up and no one answered either of their lines. Disgraceful attitude towards customers and I will never order from here again and I implore everyone else to use a more reliable and trustworthy restaurant in the future as well.
Been a customer for quite a while, so I rang up tonight after placing an online order to pay by card. Someone that sounded like a 10 year old picked up the phone with just a hello, so I asked if if it was the Chinese takeaway wondering if I'd rang the right number. She just said no. Next thing she told me that it was. I told her I'd ordered for a delivery, she read out my address, to which she replied they don't do delivery's anymore and after cancelling my order just hung up on me!! Discusting service. Don't know what her problem was? but no point in wasting your time ordering from someone with no customer service skills and tell you they don't deliver anymore. I know I'm not going to order from there ever again! Good luck with keeping your business open!
Absolutely attricous service from this take away!!!! 2 hours for food to arrive for it to be Luke warm! People on the phone sounded like children and no idea what was going on regards to our order. Will never be ordering or having food from this place ever again and highly advise others to not order from this place unless it’s 2-3hours in advance!!!!
I have never had an order wrong or incorrect delivery and ordered many times with friends. One of the reviews says otherwise. I totally disagree. Awesome food. Best in area since living here 4 years. I've tried them all.
