Beeston Shenton are absolutely amazing. We sold our house with them and they were excellent, extremely pro active and constantly keeping us updated with the situation. I have sold houses through different solicitors before but Beeston Shenton exceeded every expectation we had. By far the best solicitors we have ever dealt with. Professional, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. I have already recommended them to my friends who are planning to move. Lynne and Sarah were fantastic, they are an asset to the company. Thank you Beeston Shenton.
We bought our first house in Stoke- on-Trent this year and our solicitors were Beeston Shenton. They are very professional and dependable. The whole process was very simple and we would definitely recomend them to everyone.
We have used Beeston Shenton twice and each time we have found them to be efficient and courteous and worked hard on our behalf. Special thanks to Lynne, Sarah and the team for your efforts
I am really pleased with service received here at Beeston Shenton. Using the initial introductory admin team I had a few teething issues but once I got to the solicitors/conveyancing team, Veronica and Tracy were fabulous! It didn’t feel an easy purchase as the vendors seemed difficult, but maybe this is normal, however Veronica kept her cool and liaised with their solicitors recommending the course of action to resolve the queries that arose. We managed to exchange and complete in one day to keep to my ideal completion date which was super dedicated of Veronica and I felt she was firm but fair in all her dealings. She spent time explaining things to me and answer all the questions I had. Thoroughly professional and courteous. Thank you so much for getting my new home, new start and hopefully happy future!
Has been a great help for me getting back on my feet after my release from NTFC. Always shows a genuine interest and desire to get the best out of me. His ongoing support, advice and encouragement is something I appreciate massively. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Great agent and even better person.
Excellent services. Kept me informed on each stage. Diligently chased the seller's solicitors regarding updates.
Russ has been a great sports agent for Caitlin, he spotted her at 16 yrs old and wanted to sign her immediately. He has mentored her, gave advise, constructive criticism and watched her grow into a strong, independant young woman. He continues to offer support and give her confidence when she isn't feeling 100% nearly 5 yrs on. Thank you for all that you do it doesn't go unnoticed.
Beeston Sports have acted as my son’s agent for around 18mths so far and have been hands on and attentive from day one. They are very active on social media promoting their players, maintain regular weekly contact and also ensure they are in attendance to watch him play whenever possible, monitoring and evaluating performance as well as always being available to offer advice and assistance I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beeston Sports to any ambitious footballer, male or female.
I am a third party involved in the sale of a property and third party consent was given to this firm to accept instructions from myself, in the sale of said property, as the vendor worked in a restricted environment and could not take calls or respond to any enquiry, in the working day. At no stage was I dealt with in an appropriate manner and rarely was I referred to, on behalf of the vendor, who received numerous calls, whilst in the workplace. This resulted in the vendor and myself having to visit the firms premises on a number of occasions when it was not convenient to either of us. Compound that with the fact that we had lengthy swathes of time before receiving replies to questions and enquires, which delayed the process of sale, dealt with numerous colleagues, who knew little or nothing of the sale and the fact that because the conveyancer did not orienter the land registry map correctly she was relaying wrongful information to buyers and their solicitors that effected the sale and as a consequence the sale never completed, on two separate occasions, when the buyers pulled out 2/3 days before completion, sighting the same problem, which we were assured, by the conveyancer Laura Crook, would not be a problem? Given the nature of any potential difficulty, relating to the said issue, I paid three hundred and sixty four pounds to resolve any question about this matter...and yet this was never dealt with, by way of Land Registry?...Which amounts to total incompetence, on behalf of the conveyancer, given that she had quoted the figure for the service and agreed to make the relative attachment. Consequently, the vendor made a formal complaint to the firm, about the level of service and also how staff had treated me, with little or no regard, in this matter and some days later received a call from Eleanor Adams, who to be fair, was responsive and professional and she arranged a phone call from a new and senior member of staff, Veronica, who was engaged, amongst other things, to oversee the conveyancing department. In the conversation that followed Veronica apologised for the poor level of service and when questioned about the capability of the aforementioned conveyancer explained that she had left the firm...which on investigation, she has clearly not done and is now involved in property law? As a conclusion to this conversation the vendor stated that as a consequence of the acknowledged poor performance she had been placed at a disadvantage and financial loss and therefore sought compensation for the same, given the acknowledgment of the negative outcome, not brought about by any problem caused by the vendor, or her agent. Sometime later the vendor was contacted and informed, in quite a curt manner, that there would be no question of compensation and that the firm would bear no responsibility for the said losses, of the vendor, solely brought about by the incompetence of their employee? The vendor and I have both suffered financial losses as a result of this debacle and we have waited almost a year to quantify the financial impact brought about by the utter incompetence of this firm and its responses and we are now at a point of potentially taking further action. I would strongly! recommend that you consider other options when looking to conveyance, as the line of communication and service is questionable, with this firm? And if you are an educated, professional man, acting on your own part, or as a third party...Beware! I found the attitude of female colleagues quite disregarding and bordering contemptuous....And given my former occupation, I rarely feel uncomfortable or snubbed, but I did throughout this process. The most unprofessional service that I have experienced for some years. Dr Richards
I wish to express my thanks to Veronica, Tracy, Kirsty, Sarah and Charlotte for all their assistance and legal expertise during my recent purchase of a property in North Wales. They have been friendly, helpful and highly efficient throughout the buying process and regularly kept me informed on its progress. I might add that the 'my account' facility on the company's web-site was another excellent way of following the various stages of the purchase - I found it useful. The team were also readily available to respond to my queries relating to all the important legal documents that required my attention. To conclude, I have been both pleased and extremely satisfied with all the work that was carried out on my behalf - the experience of the legal team was invaluable and I would recommend the company's residential property services department to anyone.
