Ordered a beer gift pack on Monday, was delivered by Thursday in perfect condition. I also had to change the delivery address but managed to email the team quickly after making the order and got a response in the morning the next day. Great experience and will use again.
Ordered a bottle in a presentation box. Was on offer. Submitted my order received order confirmation. A week later an email saying it was out of stock. As this was for a birthday present I was not happy at all. Sent a few emails in but just keep saying we let you know that the item was out of stock. Yeah a week later. Wouldn’t buy from this company again.
Ordered wed 30th. Said it would take 3-5 working days…week later no beer. Stated the issue was DPD and the strike etc. which is fair enough. But I had received multiple other items after my order of beer by Royal Mail and DPD from other companies. I was hoping for the beer for my birthday on the 12th December. After 3 or 4 emails apologising for the delay etc etc. On the 13th of December, nearly a fortnite later….I received an email. “We don't have that beer in stock, we will issue a refund”. Absolute waste of time. I also called several times to the customer service number which did not answer. The ONE time the call was answered it was from a company in the same building that they had connected their calls to that knew nothing of my order and provide a whole difference service unrelated to beer. Laughable service. Will not be ordering again. Don’t bother with BeerHawk either. They are just as bad.
Long time customer but recently very disappointed, they make a lot of mistakes in the warehouse and struggle putting them right Recently they sent the wrong beers and now refuse to refund or send the correct ones without sending me on a 45 min trip to return them. I can't do this so am stuck with a load of beers i dont want and didnt order They offered a 10% refund Honestly a joke
Ordered 24 beers. One bottle arrived smashed. DPD delivery man acknowledged this and took photo. I also took photo and sent to Beer Hunter. They say they need photo of box too, but I threw it out as drenched in beer and had shards of glass in it. They are being so petty over less than £3. Unbelievably bad customer care in my view. Poor packaging too.
Ordered item early December , DPD have supposedly delivered it …..chased up numerous times to be told DPD are investigating & im to wait 7 days , then 10days a month later still no beer or a refund ……
Literally the worst company i've ever come across. Ordered Saturday and couldnt deliver for the following Thursday. They use DPD, they offer next day service. One star.
Shambles of a company, still waiting for a delivery that was ordered on the 5th of December. Beerhunter do not answer your emails but will send you one with false promises if they see a bad review. I must have sent 20 odd emails which they have failed to answer and asked for a refund various times to no avail. Avoid at all costs!
I placed an order 8 days ago now and they still haven't even sent the order out as i still have no tracking number.ive emailed them twice and have had no response at all..today I tried to call them and you can't even speak to anyone its just an automated message saying to email them and they will reply within 24hr!!Well thats a joke right there.the fact you can't even speak to anyone tells you everything
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering four glasses. How hard can it be. Missed the first DPD delivery to receive an email to say it would be sent to Morrisons. Then received another email to say it couldn’t and would be delivered between 10.30/11.30am. Waited in. Received a text to say Hawkins had signed for and a picture of a doorstep. Not mine . Stupidly phoned the DPD number I found on the internet - charged 65p per minute to be on hold and then cut off. Received another email asking me to rate my driver - selected poor and had the opportunity to ask for a call back. Waited by the phone only to receive another email to say they had tried to call me. No they didn’t. Called the number supplied and apparently problem with their phones but appears my delivery has now gone to Morrisons - couldn’t go yesterday as too big but that was a technical error and now can go. Not sure why it wasn’t possible to tell me that originally! Now have to wait for Morrisons to check in and send a code. Nine hours later nothing. Feel I am never going to see my glasses and certainly won’t risk ordering from here again.
