Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a gift to go to a work address on Thursday which stated delivery for Friday in order confirmation as was within the time allowance for next day delivery. Shipment wasn't done in time of course, with CS team stating that the goods will be sent for Saturday instead, only to double check on the day and find out Yodel won't send the goods on a weekend to a business address?? No notice of this from Beer Hawk in the first place. Chased again Monday, not updates whatsoever, only to get notice from Yodel that the delivery has problems and is now on the way back to sender. Speaking to CS suggests they may have damaged it, wonderful. Recipient been waiting this whole time for nothing, and ends up looking embarrassing telling them I have no idea where this is. Original complaint was placated with the offer for measly £3 in beer tokens, now I am just waiting for my refund and want nothing to do with this joke of a company anymore and applying to have account deleted. Better off using Amazon, at least you get what you paid for and a somewhat decent delivery service.
I ordered two mixed trappist cases and 4 perfect draft kegs. One case did not arrive and one of the kegs I ordered was not present they sent something else, so I raised a ticket on their help system, which resulted in a blanket brush of response of check the tracking numbers. I waited a few more days and the case still did not arrive. So I raised another ticket, after 4 working days I have still not had a response. Its a shame, they used to be good. Now I will more than likely buy beer elsewhere. Also I left a one star review on Feefo and its mysteriously disappeared! A review site that only allows positive reviews is as much use as chocolate teapot.
Customer Service 0% We Received wrong order, on 13/12, I tried talk with Customer Service, on the 15/12 Ellie she promise a call for sort it out and find the solution... At today 19/12 I'm still waiting someone from this Company. I have two kegs of no my beer and more the £ 70 away.. This Costumer Service is very poor. I'm just like have the my money back and I will never buy anything else from then.
Great machine, amazing beer, reliable deliveries and good value. Now for the reason for me giving only 3 stars. It is very problematic trying to get keg returns done. I have simply given up now. It may be a postcode lottery but the experience in my part of the country as been very negative.
Have now ordered 3 times and it's been delivered within 3 days on each occasion. Returns is easy aswell. Only one problem alot of the kegs my husband likes are sold out
Do not use this company, customer service is diabolical. There is no way of speaking to somebody over the phone and the only means of making contact is by sending a request on the beerhawk website. Which I have still had no reply. The live chat also doesn't work. I have been sent the wrong product and I would like my refund.
I left a negative review for Beer Hawk as I was frustrated with the lack of response when a damaged leg arrived. However, they have now investigated and as soon as they saw what had happened, sorted it quickly and sent a brand new keg. Credit where it’s due - sorted it out. Thank you

Shocking customer service. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and yodel has lost it. Beerhawk customer service is non existent and has left me over £200 out of pocket
good place to get kegs of beer for your philips "working mans kettle" -bit of a farce to be let in but no big deal -friendly staff -delivery service is wonderful
