As the owner of a private health clinic Premier Clinic we choose to use this pharmacy for our prescription medicines. The staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They will source the right medication that we require for our patients. Opening times are excellent with access out of normal daytime hours. We highly recommend this pharmacy for the following reasons 1 opening times 2 customer service 3 medication knowledge 4 friendliness
Highly recommend this pharmacy after trying to source penicillin today. Rang so many pharmacy's but none left and the one that did have any refused to serve me as I wasn't a regular customer. After alot of phone calls this one kept a few to the side for me and was much appreciated. Good customer service and very understanding pharmacist. Would be happy to use again in future.
This is my local pharmacy. They've kept me up to date with tablets and such, even delivered them during lockdowns, given me flu jabs etc. I can't fault them. 100% outstanding services, warm and competent staff.
Emergency prescription needed to be collected first of all the pharmacist couldn't find the prescription and after a while said she had found it then had to wait for the dispenser poor service slow service not professional and didn't look very bothered or helpful poor service and no standards. I was served on a Sunday 21st August 2022 at 4.45pm. Staff need to be trained.

The staff at beehive pharmacy have been very helpful to me over the years. Being disabled i struggle to pick up my long list of meds. So they deliver to me. I live in apartment building and usually delivery staff wont bring it to my door. But they have every time. Even during covid.
Just wanted to say how kind the staff working at the services were to me yesterday. I had my newborn baby in a car seat it was the first time we had nipped to the shop. One staff member helped me to the til as I was struggling with my shopping and the car seat. Another packed my bag and actually brought it to the car for me. Little gestures that ment so much to me and have given me confidence to go out more with my baby. Thank you
I am amazed at the high quality of service this pharmacy has to offer. I placed my prescription late yesterday for drugs not normally stocked. The lady in the pharmacy was very polite and informative, she advised me on their delivery proceedures. This evening I received my order delivered by Dan their delivery man who phoned to say he was outside my house with my parcel, he had battled through the elements, snow and ice and wind, what a great service Beehive provide. I can without any doubt recommend this company .
Beehive Pharmacy is inside the Spar Building, Excellent Service with Friendly Staff. 5 Star Service.
So rude, not a smile between them. Not polite at all.
