Awful. Arrived for breakfast at 10am. Had order taken at 10 past. Waited another half hour for the food which was the worst breakfast I've had in years Sausages were half size. Rashers of bacon were tiny and wafer thin and mushrooms were cold. The coffee wasn't drinkable and they had run out of apple and orange juice. I wouldn't go back there if it was free
Absolutely shocking service! Seated and neglected. Everyone around us were being served. Table reserved for 9am. 10.10 still no food! Food was average, I’ve complained, in the waitress defence, she was trying to hurry the chef but shocking poor service! We won’t be returning!
We asked for table of 6 people and we where told there was none available we then said can we have a table for 4 then this lady in the photos said no we don’t have any yet we booked it online ourselves this round table opposite it us was empty and free for the length of time we where sat at our table which was clearly big enough for 6 people
Food service was shocking 90min wait for main course sat at 6 30 got for 8.03 Chips were rock hard , ribs dry, sausages burnt, steak well done not medium. Waitress told manager she didn't even bother coming over . Kitchen staff chewing gum . Touched face then someone food .Food: 1/5

Lovely food, could do with a refurb, maybe away from the dark wood it's like a mole hole in there! OR get better lighting. I have to use my phone's torch to be able to read the menu! I don't know how partially sighted diners fare!Food: 5/5
Sunday dinner lamb was lovely cauliflower cheese was crunchy. Roast potatoes couldn't find other veg was carrots and peas which I don't like. So overall dear for what you got ..the pudding was a inch square brownie and instant coffee and was charged at 5.99 so there is plenty of room for improvement and table service was that good. Parking: Free as long as you put you reg in machine each is not highlighted to you when getting seated.
Went for a meal with family for a catch up, food was good and there was plenty of choice. They had a few options which were not available, but didn't hinder the menu choice. Have been here a few times and it's very consistent so it's a safe choice Vegetarian options: There were lots of vegetarian options including on the festive menu Parking: You get 3 hours free parking, just put your reg in the machine within the entrance of the restaurant
Went for breakfast.... Kids running round helping themselves to the cold breakfast. Picking bits up with there hands and putting them back. Spilling drinks everywhere. Coffee machine broke and the alternative coffee was awful. Order hot food. The wait was around 40minutes and it wasn't hot at all. Worst breakfast, service and atmosphere I've ever encountered. How this place is allowed to run I don't no.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Rude staff, especially to a foreign people and elderly people! Ten of us - we were so disappointed! Everything had happened just a day before my wedding! My family had traveled 10 hours to come to UK for our wedding! We wanted to have dinner in the evening and booked a table for 10! Me and my husband even went there the day before just to confirm the numbers! On the day, we’ve been offered a big spacious table, but with 8th seats instead of 10. We have been ask to squish and despite there were other chairs available, the staff refused to move chairs and shouted on us. Everyone felt so disappointed! Just to say that my parents and other members of the family are approximately 70 years old. Especially would like to give a negative feedback to a female staff, who is standing by the door and meeting the customers, I believe a manager! She is a large lady, not very tall, long blond hair, wearing a dress with a belt. So rude and unprofessional. Never going back. Such a horrible place. We also had breakfast there in the next 3 days, such as my family was staying in the hotel! Behaviour of the staff was still the same: rude, unprofessional and constantly screaming to the customers! Extra training is required to all members of the staff! They event try to charge us additionally for a breakfast, despite the breakfast had been paid in advance and also ask for a 13 years old boy to pay for a breakfast, when my nephew is a child and looks as a child!!!!!!! Simply avoid!
