Lovely local restaurant if you're in Cumbernauld. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the manager Andy and our server Hannah could not have been any nicer she was so friendly and efficient. The food was great and was very reasonably priced and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Excellent value for money the lunch menu two courses for ten pounds. Great choice of menu beautifully presented food and great portion size a d most of all the food tastes delicious. Also stsff very friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers .Great atmosphere too. Vegetarian options: There is some vegetarian options on the main menu we had vegetarian chill had a good bite to it with chilli pieces through it .
Great value for money. Creative menu with a huge variety. No GF options However they offer information sheet with all dietary information on it before you order. Food was tasty and very filling. Great Sunday Lunch set menu.

Booked the Dovecote for my hubby's birthday and was so pleased! The staff had dressed the table with banner, card streamers & chocs..... Such a lovely touch & my husband was chuffed to bits! The menu had a great choice, the meal was delicious and the staff couldn't have been more attentive & helpful! Would definitely recommend & go back again. Thanks to the staff, the wee attentions to detail made my hubby's birthday extra special.... Well done!!
I am a regular customer to beefeater and the service recieved today changer my perception of beefeater. I ordered the £22 steak platter. I asked for it to be cooker medium. It came raw, not rate but raw. I politely asked for it to be cooker more. They left my sides and took only the steak cooked it some more it came back rare not medium. We ate them because my sides where now cold. The steaks including the fillet where very fatty . Never had a fillet so fatty. I provided feedback to the waitress which she said she will provide to the kitchen. I was expecting at least a drink off the bill or at least a slight discount but nothing. We spent over £70 in total and are still hungry. Disappointing.
Had a lovely lunch with some fellow students from college. Our table host Hanna was lovely, service with a smile and couldn't have been more attentive. Definitely an asset to you! Customer Service 10/10. Andy the Manager lovely as well! Always has a smile on his face and pleasant to all who he greets! Another very big asset to your company.
Food and service is absolutely excellent here. Staff are always so welcoming and in a friendly atmosphere. Hana is lovely and so attentive to everyone, nothing is a bother. She is a wee gem. Michael is so efficient, cheery and friendly. He has a great sense of humour and makes you feel at ease which enhances our time. Thanks to all the staff which of course includes the chefs.
Front of door staff was very lethargic about his job in the full time we where there he did not smile the food was very bland and very greasy as you can see from the last photo there was alot of food wastage there was alot of fat on the meat and the eggs where half cooked however the other waiter had a smile on his face and smiled the full time back and forth asking if he could do anything for us he is in the right job the juice was flat and when I asked the non smile one for a straw it looked as if I had just asked him to win the lottery for me wouldnt go back wasnt worth the money! however the other staff member deserves to be at the front door I can see him going places maybe even up to management
