We ordered a pair of Steaks Sirloin medium well done and for me a Fillet medium rare deal was 50% off regular customers. Started eating mine as the nice Server Jen asked if all was OK I said dubiously yes then a minute later flipped my FILLET STEAK and then stopped eating and pointed out my steak eventually to Jen she was as horrified as me, check out the picture. Jen said she knows the person who killed this steak and will point this out to them. But seriously why even attempt putting that on a plate should have gone straight Into the bin then explain to your head why you crucified a perfectly good piece of meat. Gutted and hungry, Jen was apologetic. But.....
Great service and food is amazing. There loyalty scheme is great they send you great offers all the time e.g any 2 mains for £12 on Saturdays
Great value breakfasts pull in families at the weekends for the £9.99 unlimited breakfast. A great treat for all any Sat or Sun. Freshly ground coffee, cappuccino, latte, as many as you want, with buffet breakfast.Food: 5/5
Perfect place for morning breakfast. Eat as much as you can for £9.50 Perfect place for family/friend dinner. Covid safe, excellent beef steak, friendly and nice staff. Tasty drinks. Definitely will visit again.
Enjoyed our meals for a reasonable price. Minor problems with things missing from the order, such as mushy peas, but soon rectified. Had to wait a while for our food even though a few other people that came after us, had finished their meals before we had started ours. On the whole though, very friendly service and food was good.Food: 4/5
Went out for lunch with my nan. Food was lovely as always, we had a starter and mains. Couldn't fault the food. Service however from one elderly lady with red hair could of been better, much better. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. I get it, around Christmas and New year it's busy and hectic but in the hospitality game, you need that face on as hard as it sounds. We hall have to do it but when you get spoken down like a child, it's not really on. Went to order the 2 course for £9.95 can't be sure of the actual price so sorry if I got it wrong to be told no, its not this menu. When queried her comment as it was at the bottom of the menu to be told abruptly no we're not doing it. Waited ages to get your attention to be waved back to our seats to wait to pay my nan asked if we should go to pay at the bar. May of been a bad day for you, noticed a few other people complaining about you and I'm sorry if it was just a bad day but when you get spoken to like the way you did to us, it's not really on.
Gets very busy so book a table in advance. The service understandably takes a hit when it's very busy, but they work flat out. The family's food was really quite nice, the fish and chips are quite big. However, I wouldn't recommend the grilled salmon, bordering on crunchy and the fries were like matchsticks. Just an off day? Would go again when coming to visit family again, just to see if it was a one off.
Booked online & noted that my party would need to be served fairly promptly as we had tickets for the cinema. Our waitress was very attentive & looked after us extremely well, even with such a busy restaurant. The food was hot & tasty. Will definitely eat here again.Food: 5/5
Superb service, literally, this place is the only good thing about staying at the premier inn located next to it. Jack should get a salary rais and promotion, such superb human being, lovely bloke, fantastic service. Thank you Jack, I will make my way back to Redditch Beefeater next time I am in the area.
Have visited this restaurant on many occasions, always good value, especially when you order from the daytime menu from 1pm to 5pm. Food always good. Staff always helpful and polite. Great place, deserves 5 star plus. i.e. better than 5 star. Thanks to Hannah and all the other staffFood: 5/5
