Great place to train. Very popular in the area and a great reputation. Was recommended to me by a friend and have been going since.

Good facilities used it for the first time and it is a friendly place with plenty of refreshments and supplements available it also benifits from a sauna and jaccuzi bath with private room for £10 an hour so if you get lucky you can take her there and not have to pay the extra expense off a hotel which won't even come with a sauna

Clean and tidy local gym with a good atmosphere. All staff are friendly and helpful, equipment are well maintained and plentiful for the amount of people that currently attend this gym. 
Playlist are generally good, however could do with a bit more rock from time to time.
