Have been served at this medical centre once.  The nurses have been professional and to the point. I'm not a regular here, so can't go in depth. But my experience has been positive.

Rude reception staff on the phone who constantly speak over you or are abrupt. I'll be changing practice shortly.

No problem with anything other than actually getting a phone call through the last 4-5 times I've called about anything its between 20 and 60 calls before my call will get through keep getting line busy constantly never had this issue before but it's making it alot harder to sort stuff out

I know it's a lock down but come on 3 days to get a call back Its disgusting

Disgusting nobody seems to know what they are doing and our lives are in there hands am speaking for my partner and i realise how good my doctors are compared to these

I've used this surgery for quite a few years now and I don't have any problem with it at all I find the reception staff very polite and helpful and the same with the doctors and nurses to the surgery alway looks clean to
