My wife and I stayed here with a large loud group of other New Yorkers and we loved it! Room was cozy and warm at night. Once I learned how the shower worked, it was quite nice. The breakfast was wonderful with farm fresh eggs cooked well and as much coffee as you can handle. Hosts were very gracious and kind as was their lovely dog. Amazing stars at night and wild ponies in the morning. What else could you want? 10/10.
Stayed here earlier in the year with our dog and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.nI guess our room was quite small and basic but we didn't need anything more. If you are looking for a place to stop with excellent walks then you can't go far wrong here.nBreakfast was decent and cooked to order.
The hosts were very nice and welcoming and had a gorgeous Collie called Jethro . The bathroom for our room needed TLC. Not the nicest. Towels were small and not terribly absorbent. Breakfast was good. Very nice to be able to come and go as there is a nice lounge to sit and read.
Beautiful old house in the middle of Dartmoor with good, comfortable and very clean rooms and the best breakfast we had during our 10 Day britain Trip. lovely hosts who make you feel at home. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would come back any time
Beautiful bed and breakfast located in the middle of Dartmoor. The hosts are simply wonderful and very inviting. The rooms are divine, in fact the entire premises are idyllic and so well located. I would heartily recommend this lovely place for a stay, both short or long.
