Inés offers an extremely intuitive treatment and I would 100% recommend going to see her <3 I originally booked a massage due to reoccurring neck pain, something which I had been managing on and off for about 9 years. Inés started by talking me through releasing tension with breath and explain about balance across different area's of life. The treatment itself began with a guided visualisation/ relaxation and during the massage she used crystals and various techniques - it was a very enjoyable experience. Alongside consistently practicing yoga at home and shifting my mindset, Inés has definitely played a key part in my healing - I have not experience symptoms of neck pain for a good 3 months now. Maria is such a lovely, compassionate person and incredibly skilled at what she does. My experience with her was wonderful. It had a far bigger impact on me both physically and emotionally than I was expecting when I initially booked. I’m very grateful to her and strongly recommend her practise to others.
My experience with Maria Ines was amazing. Exactly what I needed. We had a little chat before the massage so she could establish the areas we need to work on. Focusing on being present and letting go of negative thoughts. I arrived slightly stressed but when I left I felt like a new person. She found the problematic points instantly. Ines is amazing, I decided to get a few sessions of Lymphatic Drainage with her as I have been treated by her before. Let's call these 'Pre-Op' sessions. I am having Liposuction and have been trying my hardest to prepare for the surgery. It is SO IMPORTANT to free your body and lymphatic system of blockages BEFORE your surgery to prevent fluid/toxin retention in the body. I would advise this to anyone who is about to undergo a similar procedure to me. Ines is very holistic and as well as providing lymphatic drainage, she is an expert at reading into your body and mind; being able to provide a personalised experience for you to get the most out of the session. She incorporated reflexology & crystals which I was really grateful for and benefited from. Thank you Ines for your positive and kind words, thank you for preparing me for my surgery and thank you for being patient & honest. I hope that everyone considering liposuction or similar treatments has some sessions pre surgery to prepare, as I know this will help with a speedy recovery. I can't wait to have some more lymphatic massages from Ines in the near future.
Such a relaxing yet invigorating treatment, it really allowed me to release emotional and physical pain in order to move forwards. Maria is so in tune with herself and what my body needed, helping me let go of things I have had pent up for a while. I feel balanced, relaxed and ready for life. Maria is very friendly, skillful, knowledgeable and very down to earth. She asks you questions that evaluate your current circumstances and encourages you to work towards it pre-session. She uses multiple techniques to relieve/unblock the blocked lymph nodes that I had, and pinpoint me where I have to work on to achieve my body goal. It's a rarity to be able to feel your body is fresh after massage nowadays, I felt exactly that rather than just loosened muscles. Highly recommended and will visit again if I have to.
I left the place feeling like a new person, with a wide smile on my face, maria has left a beautiful impact on my life and she really aspired me to become who i want to become, and she helped me accept everything for how they are and she encouraged me to be the person that i wanna be, she also gave me so much of her time even though i was late by 30 minutes, she is a very very very lovely compassionate encouraging human being
