My coat was damaged by the shop but the owner lied to avoid responsibility. Unbelievably bad attitude and customer service. Shop staff on the other hand are mostly all lovely, really helpful.

I had my feather duvet laundered here. Did exactly what I wanted a cleaners to do! Good job and a quick turn around.

Washing machine died & needed sheets & towels. Dropped them off at 2.30 on Saturday & all washed, dried & folded for 4.45 that day. Thank you so much for a great service.

Was happy with the service till recently, they managed to get bleach on some of our clothes and when we complained the owner was arrogant and very unhelpful. Spent over £2500 here in last 3 years and would expect better service!
