Visited Bedworld yesterday and disappointed. Also had to pay to park there. Although the young lady was helpful, the choice of beds was limited and through close inspection of several beds, the quality of workmanship was very poor. There was gaps between the wooden boards at each corner of the base and the lining was shabby. It took me 40 minutes to drive there which was a complete waste of time. The owners of this company need to improve their business !!

Do not buy any mattress from this company, the quality is very poor, after purchasing 2 mattress both have had defects and have been replaced followed by the same defects, Now after warranty has expired they they complety unaware of the law under the consumer rights act 2015 to replace/refund the item which i am currently dealing with. So anyone whos item is defective after warranty speak to citizens advice under consumer rights act 2015. I mean even Apple are aware of the law and always repair/replace and refund their items under the consumer rights act 2015. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Ordered king size ottoman bed with floor Standing headboard. Was abit worried after reading a few bad reviews but the sales lady in the shop gave us confidence. Timely delivery. Easy to assemble. Lovely delivery guy who talked us through it. Good sturdy bed, love it so far. Looks amazing. We shopped around for it and went to every bed shop in the midlands, they have the most competative prices

Absolutely appalling quality, matress paper thin and soft but was meant to be medium firm, divan base castor holes not aligned so could not put castors on, divan drawer covered in glue. Had to open and put together to identify issues. Customer service number not available email only and as opened would not refund. Had no choice but to use as no other bed a no offer of a replacement. No contact from them since. Daughter now has bad back as a result. Disgusting quality and service and should not be allowed to be in business. As a side note read their. .T&Cs before accepting delivery, absolute con men.

They delivered me bed in the dark when we unpacked it and put it together they had sent two right sides for a four foot bed and I ordered a four foot six leaving a six inch gap up the middle the mattress is not what I ordered they sent a four foot six cheap brick right size though. This is the second week I’ve been trying to sort it out but they just ignore me or send a standard e mail with the same question I’ve answered I don’t know how many times now. Really fed up and disappointed now. If nothings done tomorrow I am taking it back to Birmingham and dumping it outside their store on Wednesday after inviting the sun newspaper that how naffed off I am

Cant believe you sent a 1 man delivery driver to do delivery for beds and mattresses. My wife had to help the delivery driver get the mattress upstairs, scuffing the entire paint in our property. The poor delivery driver was exhausted and sweating by the end of it, on the verge of passing out. Needed to get the poor guy a drink and let him relax before he went off. Should be reported to trading standards for abusing your drivers like that!!!

The store was cold, and Mattresses seemed old and overpriced!

I would personally like to thank Chloe at the Kings Heath branch who was more than helpful with a delivery issue I had... She was friendly, professional and very efficient she promised to call me back once she had discussed my issue with her manager, within 15 mins she did exactly that, since then the issue I have been trying to deal with all week has now been resolved... Many thanks Chloe... You are truly a valuable member of staff...
