Today I went to this centre to give fingerprints for my visa procedures. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment time and was admitted directly. The staff was kind and helpful. Especially Mohammad, who did my transactions, helped me a lot. He's definitely a friendly guy who loves his job. He did all the checks completely. Everything was fast and easy. Thank you very much.
Accompanied someone for an appointment there. Parking nearby at Ruskin Place is easy and clean/safe. Everyone was incredibly positive, nice and very well organised. A pleasant experience!
Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour.nnOutside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to.nnInside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly.nnParking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby.nnI don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.
Quick and professional service. Don’t go there before your allocated time slot, based on the desk availability, they call you from the security.nnThere wasn’t any queue on Tuesday morning and the all process was very smooth. The security staff was very friendly. We finished our all process in 20-25 mins.nnThe staff at the desk could be little bit more talkative and friendly, but it was okay overall.nn6-8 mins walking distance to train station.
Above and beyond service. I am extremely happy with their service. From starting to end, smooth service and great things those who are working there they are so helpful that even if its not in there's hand still they try to help. My baby was not cooperating while taking pphotos, nd they made him so comfortable and taken the photo. God bless you guys.
