Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour.nnOutside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to.nnInside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly.nnParking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby.nnI don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.
Quick and professional service. Don’t go there before your allocated time slot, based on the desk availability, they call you from the security.nnThere wasn’t any queue on Tuesday morning and the all process was very smooth. The security staff was very friendly. We finished our all process in 20-25 mins.nnThe staff at the desk could be little bit more talkative and friendly, but it was okay overall.nn6-8 mins walking distance to train station.
I had an incredibly enjoyable experience during my visit. Geeta, the lady who assisted me with my biometrics, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The service provided was absolutely outstanding, with everyone being extremely friendly and polite. I arrived at 3:55 for my 4:00 appointment and left at 4:15, having completed all the necessary biometrics, document checks, and submissions. I wholeheartedly believe that they deserve a perfect rating of 5 stars. The service was fast and efficient, and the location is conveniently close to East Croydon station.
Had a fine experience with them as a mum with a pram my baby isn't an applicant but I had no one to look after her. Arrived early but they didn't mind letting me in. I had to bring my baby but no questions or requests for her ID at the entrance. All went smooth.nnAs you enter the building, you present your passport and QR code. Then security check. My waiting space was on the ground floor which was great for a buggy user there is a lift too for another floor levels. Although I didn't use it there is a baby changing room outside the waiting space. Loo inside. It doesn't mean they are particularly baby kids friendly but I am totally happy they are well equipped for smallest visitors lift and changing facility.
Security & Reception Staffs are very rude and arrogant. Especially the Old man Security acts like a lunatic.
