Wonderful place. Amazing food and a lovely friendly atmosphere. We went here for a valentines meal which was excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and the service is second to none. Always a waiter or waitress available to see to your needs. We will definitely be visiting again. The spa is wonderful also. Thanks for a great evening.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Beautiful on entrance, outstandingly helpful staff that go above and beyond. Holding my weddding breakfast here and they have been fantastic and gone the extra mile when planning my big day. Couldn’t have wished for a better venue and place to stay, absolutely love this place, highly recommend it!!

Hotel very nice. Staff very helpful. Was there for 2 nights. First night, dinner party was very good, food and staff very good. I would recommend a Saturday night. Next night Sunday, was shockingly bad, food terrible. It was like a different place. Monday morning breakfast equally terrible. I would think twice about a Sunday night!

First thing that comes to mind is that the service is great here. Hotel is in a good spot for anything you might be in New market for. Bury St. Edmonds is really close too. The rooms are pretty simple and have coffee available with take away cups. Everything is clean. Pool might have a bit too much chlorine in it. Dinner is fantastic. Book in advance!

Great Hotel with polite and helpful staff. Beds and pillows are extremely big and comfortable. The bathroom is heated. There are nice little treats provided to you within the room. Make sure to visit the swimming pool or gym. The bar and restaurant however did not match my expectations, as drink options were limited and the food was not outstanding. But overall I still had a great stay and I would recommend to all my friends...
