A well equipped sporting centre for track and field events. 

Has fields for rugby and indoor facilities for badminton or 5 a side football. 

There is a Gym, however it is quite small.

This is an easy stadium to find using sat-nav.  There is adequate parking with a greenfield overflow.  At the England U15 and U17 championships we were charged three pounds for a days parking, which is reasonable.  There is both covered and uncovered seating.

Quality track and field facility, Mondo surface , small but good stand. Ran some great races there.

Quick track for sprinters. I'd recommend it if you are in PB shape and the weather is good. Beware of the wind though.
