Came into Post Office today - was met with the most rude lady behind the counter spoke to me in such a condescending manner and this isn't the first time. Sadly post office manager was stood right next to her and allowed her to act like this, so I take it he is not concerned on how his staff conduct themselves.  Such a shame as every other shop / business in Bedale are lovely.

We love our local post office and the team! As an online business owner, I couldn't send out my orders without them and they have been really accommodating as the business has grown and we needed to send out more. You always get a lovely, helpful and friendly service too. :

Without Ian and the rest of the lovely staff in this gem of a Post Office I would have struggled to keep my business going this year.  I can print off all my parcel labels at home with Click and Drop and just literally drop them off to be processed often more than 10 parcels a day.  No queuing and wasted time.nThe staff behind the counter  are always polite, friendly and very smiley.nFive stars is definitely not enough.nThank You.
