Haven't faced any issues to get an appointment. They are doing great with the extended evening hour appointments now. Management change has really helped this centre. They even called back to check if my kid is doing fine the next day after the appointment. Great job in providing the required care.

I have been with Becontree Medical Centre for nearly 10 years and honestly it's the best GP I've ever had. The reception staff are always so accommodating, the app is very helpful too. Over the last year I've needed to go in alot due to having a baby and other reasons and always been seen quickly. The GPs each and everyone have taken me seriously and helped me efficiently. I'm grateful for Becontree Medical Centre!
I've been with this practice nearly 30 years and the recent change of management has been amazing! No problem at all getting face to face or telephone appointments, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
I cannot rate Dr Singh and all the staff at Becontree Medical Centre highly enough. I can always get through to the Reception team and get appointments. Dr Singh has been so brilliant, talking things through, explaining his thinking and giving good advice, all in a professional, reassuring and caring way.
