The worst customer service I have ever received in my life I go over to the counter and I am not greeted at all. The guy at the desk just holds his hand out for the money for the pack of envelopes I'm purchasing doesn't even bother to tell me how much it is. I then say to him so that's £1.99 yes? For him to be like yes. He counts the money and tells me that it is £1.99 and I say how much do you have there? He says £1.90. Worst customer service I have ever received. So rude to me. I can see way these independent and smaller post offices are dying out. Next time I need a pack of envelopes im just going to go Wilkos or Tesco at least I may get better customer service. Rude guy!!!! Every time I go into that shop I receive bad customer service so won't be using them again I rather drive to another post office were the staff are more welcoming and friendly
