friendly, clean, short queues, efficient and informed service. would be more useful if it were open early or late at least one day a week for those of us who work 9 to 6

Very good customer service 're river from the Afro-Caribbean young lady at the counter. Very polite. Short wiring time. Pleasant atmosphere.

Tried to Renew Passport via check and send - told by server wasn't possible due to me writing over the boxes - never had this problem before. Her colleague rudely interrupted saying it's written on the form even though I wasn't talking to her. Trying to undermine a customer - Rude service! Went to another post office and was dealt with promptly - no fuss about my forms. Avoid this store for check and send. They're rude and disrespectful.
