Love Merseyrail absolute peak train company, this is the station I use most, trains on time like 80% of the time that blows most over companies out of the water tbh, me and my boyfriend own the plushies of the old trains
Went to get the 14th May 00:30 from Bebington to Chester and told by Station Staff that I couldn't get on. Only passengers can get off. Why advertise service on National Rail App if that was the case. Dissapointed, had to get a Taxi!
Half of the staff seem to have no idea how to operate the ticketing machines nor are they helpful in most situations also the ticketing window is frequently closed stating "Pay at destination". Sometimes, they are just sitting in the back office.
The majority of the staff are great but the older gentleman needs to go on a course on how to smile!

Ideal to take the train to Liverpool after your visit to Lady Lever art gallery. Free parking is something you will hardly find anywhere in the UK. Station with ticket office! Buy a wonderfully nostalgic train ticket. We actually wanted to take the ferry cross the Mercey. Unfortunately, it has mainly become a tourist tour boat. Shame. Gerry & the Pacemakers. The train is a good alternative.
small station useful for reaching the lady lever art gallery. Since the end of March there have been works on the line to Liverpool which require transhipment
Convenient little station and on time to go to Liverpool or Chester. Low costs
