You cant expect Indians to have knowledge of black hair and how to treat it, however i tested this by asking for a recommend product for damaged hair and out of this entire shop he pointed to the closest thing to him without a single thought. My advice is do your research and then pop in and buy. This is merely a business not a place you will find help. Oh and the website is useless half the items in store are not listened.

I always try and give this place another chance, however last strike i’m afraid. The first visit was great, bought some hair extensions and they were what I needed, later on down the line I bought another two sets and they quality has been incredibly poor, I’ve spent a total of around £130 plus and I have the extensions I have had have been not so thick. The quality is poor for example when brushing the hair it falls out, although it’s my responsibility to have the final say on the colour the professionals should help/support, on two out of the three times I have bought hair extensions I’ve had the wrong colour match. I shan’t drone on, wanted to raise some awareness and highlight that this place isn’t so great and doesn’t give refunds! New place required!

Not good. Staff unhelpful, too busy on the phone, don't seem to speak English. Good range of products.
