I have been going to Beauty Works for years, as has my mum, and I can honestly say that it is the most welcoming, friendly and lovely salon to go to in the area!

Having had many different treatments, and being dealt with by many different members of staff, I feel as though I have really made friends for life there, and I couldn't fault any of the staff for their customer service, politeness or hospitality! 

I highly recommend this salon if you would like to be pampered in a warm and caring environment, as this is a guarantee!!! 

Thank you for everything and everyone at Beauty Works for just being so fab 😘

Just been to Beauty works for a half set of semi permanent eye lashes ( never had a false eye lash on before today) & I am so pleased with them. Thanks Holly I will back

Had a terrible experience while trying to book at this place, a receptionist Vivian or something like that, she was very incompetent while I was trying to book my appointment and then became very rude to me as she got frustrated with her own incompetence. In the end she refused to book me in and accused myself of being rude.
A total lack of customers service and zero professionalism.
I would rather have chipped nails than ever go to this place.

As to your response? what are you on about? I phoned once and have never been into the shop, my experience on the phone was my first contact with the beauty works and last, and after my experience phoning you back the following day to apologies! I don't think so.    
Sounds like Im not the only person your member of staff has upset recently.
