Great Bikini and Hollywood waxing. I've never bled (even after months of hair growth) and the products they use leave the skin feeling soft afterwards. Different staff have done my waxing and all of them have been professional and friendly.

Terrible service I have ever seen and the romanian staff who ever did my nail polish was disrespectful and talking so rude since the time I stepped to the shop until I left. I got a bit fainty and bought some sandwichs and drinks from boots and she was not letting me eat and I have been told to wait until she finished her job and another side she told me that she had another customer after me. Actually she was lying and she had no customers after me. She was rushing my time and even if ask her something, she was not friendly, convenient to talk and acting she was the customer. Even didn’t do my nail polish properly. So much bubbles on the polish and I did shellac and I asked her and she told me will last 1 month. The colour just one week time had already gone. Extremely not worth the value to spend in this kind of cheap places. Awful service!!! Low quality!!! Will definitely not return!!!

I came for removal of shellac and then a redo of a shellac manicure - I was told £10 for removal and then £14 for a redo. I also got my eyebrows threaded and I have little red marks under my eyebrows which are slightly painful and has never happened before!! In the end they charged be £42 I was really shocked. a shellac manicure which is quite messy! Ive never had marks from eyebrow threading before the lady obviously did something wrong!? Anyway I asked about student discount they said Monday to Friday only - I found that cheeky & I asked for a price list and they said they had none and to look on the website - there aren't any price lists on the website! Pretty bad if you ask me. Wouldn't go there again.

I got cluster lashes done for the first time and at the start i didnt really like it cause they looked too big but i m loving it now. If u have small straight lashes i wouls recommend going for small size laahes first bur I will defenitely go there again to get my lashes done.
