I went to have a fully body massage and opi manicure, there was one lady working when we was told that there would be 2 doing both our treatments at the same time. When going to have a massage the room was freezing cold and i didn't feel happy undressing with it being so cold and uncomfortable. Went the first time, nails were peeling patchy and falling off within 24 hours. Got in touch via email, went again, took two hours to repair the polish for my hands, for it to be the same mess as before. Patchy, messy with cuts on my hand from file and buff. Have requested a refund, as had them done for 2 hours, ans they’re already peeling off again. Retraining and updating is absolutely needed.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

As it was my very first time here i had high hopes but as I came out i was crying. They call them self's hairdressers but they are butchers. I asked them to take out split ends off not having a lot and insted they took off 4 inches and didn't leave straight.The place was unhygienic as there were hairs all over the floor and the lady was doing 2 peoples hair at once. I book a time but anyone could walk in and just come before you.  I phoned them back to complain but they just blamed it on me even though it was them.Ladies and gentlemen do NOT come here!!!!!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Jaskirat provided my treatment and is AMAZING!  I have used this salon before but this occasion was by far the best.  Jaskirat kindly suggested a treatment for me and was not pushy at all. I felt so comfortable and the service delivered was absolutely wonderful and that is regarding an eyebrow threading and wax treatment. A remarkable comfomfrtable and relaxing g experience. It was my first visit to this Salon. I landed up there searching for a salon that's open on a Sunday. Happened to check its google reviews after entering the place, seeing reviews I got scared of getting anything done from there. It was awkward to leave immediately therefore, decided to at least inquire and then leave. The lady named Ishrat gave information regarding the service and showed some photographs of her work. Seeing her work, I was quite impressed and decided to stick around.  Got my full head highlights done from Ishrat and I am very happy with her work. She's skilled and very kind. She spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. Very satisfied with the service and no regrets for sticking around. I would like to mention that Ishrat is the one, to get any beauty services done from this place.

Hi! Just been to the pop up in romford , opposite sainsburys. Such a shame , I’ve been here before and had a good experience. Sadly I’ve just had my eyebrows done for the last time. They look horrible , on top of this I was told they don’t take card / but then she said they do over £10 used card before. So I assumed it was a new thing. Tried forcing me to get other treatments done. I kept saying no. She reluctantly did my eyebrows. Poorly. Then she said get cash out after. I said I’d go get it out. She then said no they will accept card- tried charging me £7. Explained it’s £3.99 for threading. She said “oh yeah” then charged me £4. So I’ve now at this point just paid it.
