I went there to use the sanarium. I have used the lay down one before (twice in a year) but it never even caught my skin (usually used it for 12 minutes). This time i used the stand up one, I asked for 10 minutes. At the end of the day i discovered the skin on my entire body to be lobster red and extremely painful. I have never even had sunburn on holidays. After a night of not being able to sleep and getting dressed being an agony of pain, I asked to talk to the manager who actually was the same person who took the payment the day before. She said they usually advice customers to reduce the minutes when they have new tubes in the machines. I told her she never advised me. She said I should put aloe vera on it ( I already put 3 layers and even that felt like torture) and it should be OK in one week and she said sorry in a way she obviously did not mean it. I would not mind the bright red colour of my skin and do not care about the money I spent. But I believe I should have received more than a lousy 'sorry' for the the constant unbearable pain that does not seem to fade even after 48 hours.
