After such lovely things said about this place it turned out to be a real disappointment. The lady was quite rude, no smiles, eye contact or conversation. She took my gel nails off using the electric sander which has damaged my nails. The manicure is lackluster with bumps and catches on the edges. The polish has air bubbles and she managed to paint half my finger tips with the clear coat. 

There were other customers that were regulars and had a good report with the staff and we're having a good service. So maybe if I spent more money with them I'd be treated better, who knows.....

I have not had pedicure & manicure done that often but had it done fair number of times (ao Paris, NYC & @ deluxe hotel Spas when away on holiday) and think to know when things are done properly.
I just walked out of Beautiful Nails Swanley and, for 100% sure a great service. Detailed/thoroughly, pleasant & I feel very spoiled. And, fair prices.

I wasn't very happy with my experience at beautiful nails, I went in there and chose my colour and the lady doing my nails did the wrong colour, she also cut the sides of my fingures, she then left me and so another lady did my nails and she was very nice and finished my nails to the right colour, so I'm not sure if I would attend this one again but the one in Dartford is great xx

I'm really disappointed when i came here.
All of member in family and friends came here very regularly. Today im coming to do SNS full set. I choose color 147 but young girl she doesn't listen, she pick up 141 for me. I said to her she was wrong, but she was very upset without sorry. Although i dont understand her language but i know she told very bad and very rule.i never seen her before, she is new staff Anna or hannah. She got very bad experience and very rule, no smile, no conversation. We will never come back if she is still there

Really good shop.They do a professional service and the staff are always polite and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. When I moved away 2 years ago I couldn't find any other shop as good as this one so I now travel one and a half hours to this shop.
