I've been here before and had my eyebrows and eyelashes done for the £12 deal. It was a good experience and a lovely chat. The second time I went to this salon? Disaster.  I asked for the £12 deal. I sat and waited for 40 MINUTES before a lady told me to come into the tanning room for my tan. I was confused and told her I wasn't getting one. The two ladies got confused, which is a normal mistake, but why was I waiting for so long if I saw ONE previous customer in the salon. After they were reassured I was getting eyebrows and eyelashes done, one of them came to me in the waiting room and applied the eyebrow dye IN THE WAITING ROOM. It took another 10-15 minutes to get me into the actual room to do the waxing. Some sort of rubbing alcohol, solution from the procedure got into my eye and inflamed it for a little while.  Overall, I was fine with the eyebrows and eyelashes I had done but the whole experience of waiting for SO LONG and all of the confusion annoyed me, but I may come back with a reassurance of the deal I want.
