Beaulieu abbey is defiantly worth a visit, there are only two buildings left in it, one is the Domus and the other the Church. There was a lot about the history of the abbey and the monks that lived there. There are also maps showing the parts of the Abbey that still stand and showing what would be the Abbey when first built.
Lovely church .made a debit card donation which was handy as no cash on us my husband and I lit a candle to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary..
Beautiful walk around the Abbey and surrounding areas. A must see. My 5 year old and 17 year old and myself 30 something all got enjoyment out of the Abbey.
