Food was good. Mix grill was good. Staff was top, really kind. Food was a long wait but they did warn us before we ordered. You can have a good pint here gota love speckled hen and football is always on!
Well organised in line with current guidelines. Table service was friendly, attentive and efficient. The food was well prepared, the portions were large. Well worth another visit when we're in the area.
Plenty of choice of beers to choose from. Guinness is excellent here. Thursday seems to be on the quiet side of the week.
Lovely food, cosy little pub and really lovely staff. Best by far we have visited in this chain. We will definately return !
Nice old historic building which sort of calls out to you when you walk past...come in come in! We did call in and nice it was. Downside was real ale pint was sour and sent back, so was the next brew too! Manager told me she dissent try the ale. Finally found a fresh beer so all ok in the the end.
Forgot my pudding. Nicely decorated. In response waited 25 minutes for child's pudding when I mentioned it at the bar said they would put it to go waited another 10 mins never received so left
Booked a table for 6 today got there to find it's more or less in the car park I moved a comfy chair overas I'm disabled and need a backed chair only to be told can't do this get moved to a new place but told can't put tables together only then to realise was put right next to dog poop and staff didn't seem that bothered
