We are staying for a few days here! The pub is very old but well looked after! The food is great and not expensive, and if you stay here Breakfast is included which is buffet style apart from the cooked breakfast which us cooked to order! The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly!! There is a good beer and gin range!!
We stayed here so could legally catch up with family and friends pre christmas. Its not luxury but we didn't pay luxury prices. It is clean, well located and the staff are friendly.
The Bear Hotel in Havant, Portsmouth is a really great hotel to stay in if you are ever visiting Portsmouth, the staff are really friendly and helpful and there is plenty of shops around and the train station is very close.
Good location. Old building with loads of character. Fabulous beds but best of all were the staff and the food they served.
Nice welcome. Food was very well cooked. Had a sirloin steak with trimmings and my mate had the braised lamb shoulder. Pleasantly quiet. Would go again
