I wouldn’t suggest anyone to use Beals because they can’t be bother to reply your emails, calls.
No update, completely waste of time and money !!! Not at all happy from their customer service.

Beal's have been a lifesaver in helping me and my partner find our dream home. The first thing to state is that all of the staff couldn't be more informative in answering my queries which were abundant! They truly aided make the house buying process a simpler one and I felt that all the staff were looking after me and my partner's best interests. We had our reservations as they are a big well known estate agents but they are big on customer satisfaction, an element that from having read other reviews here is clearly missing in other large organisations! I would have no doubt in putting more business in Beal's direction and undoubtedly recommend them.

This is actually the 3rd property I've leased spanning a timescale of four years in various locations throughout England. Something I really like about Beals is their sincere method; the tenancy contract is clear and fairly concise, renewed every six months promptly. The agent examines the residence every three months, something that I've not came across in past lets, and neither did my very own letting business when I leased my own, personal residence in past times.

Kerry was extremely efficient and thoughtful throughout the letting process. Kerry found me tenants and when a slight hitch occurred with the contract got onto the problem straight away and resolved the issue, keeping me informed at all times. Kerry has always made sure her first priority was keeping me up to date and I really respect that mentality, but what really stood out for me was how she managed to strike a balance of meeting my needs while also not neglecting the tenant (this is key for any successful renting). She could not be more helpful or polite and she made the process a really quite pleasant experience, 10/10 Service!
