Terrible developer, left us with 162 faults in the house and an alleged stunning water feature, more like a rank green pond, full of a few dead measly plants with a green algae bottom, Richard Beal runs away from problems and will not speak to you if you have a problem and never once faced us Quays residents here in Burton Waters, he and his staff all failed to sort the Quays development out once and for all and actually give us residents, what we were all actually promised by his sales staff and sales director, his firm was found guilty of misinforming residents about their property pre purchase by NHBC, one resident successfully argued - they con you into buying luxury homes that simply don't end up being,as they never finish a site properly. Do not trust them!!!
