THE most rude ignorant woman I have ever come across. Customers are an inconvenience! Great won't of stock, but to ask for advice is also an inconvenience! I try & shop locally, but I'd rather wait for either a postal delivery our go to Stephen Smith's garden centre!
I have been three times this year and each time found her to be friendly and helpful.
Shocking customer service, felt belittled and sure as hell won't be returning. Beware! The bead monster is aptly named and run by a real monster!!
