Pleasant staff but the old building and difficulty getting appointments there brings it down. Also waited over a year for a referral but when I moved out to Broad Oak their referral came through within a couple of months and they chased it up whereas Beaconsfield just told me to ring the hospital. Whether this is a reflection on the lack of concern of the surgery or just on the Conquest hospital is difficult to ascertain as my eventual referral was at Eastbourne General Hospital.
Wasn't happy being told that I had to wait outside with my 7 year daughter in the snow at -2 degrees when trying to get to see her doctor for a suspected skin infection was not impressive. Ended up taking her to my own doctor in Broad Oak without any hassle.

Have been registered with the GP practice for over 8 years and have never been disappointed by their care and service. Always able to prove prompt appointments for me and my family. Freindly helpful staff from Recpectionist through to the GP.

Reception answering phones is a joke. 2 days trying to get appointment ringing from 8_25till 9_15, only just got app 3rd day 25mins,good job its only 80year old mum who ill
