We were dealt with promptly, efficiently and everything was explained in great detail. Thank you Tracey.nnParking outside - and is free. However, try and avoid Tuesday Morning as it is market day the market is worth a visit for local cheeses, chutneys, fruit and veg.
**BE WARNED**They do not explain the full process of where to collect your certificate and the duration and the process. It is expected that one would already know all this information. When you ask questions, you receive an offensive rude and abrupt response and attitude. The experience was awful and would not want anyone else to experience this.nMorag staff member was very offensive and aggressive when speaking and left you feeling intimidating and very small as a person. Bullying members of public should not be tolerated and turned a blind eye to.nI hope no one has this awful experience and this feedback is taken seriously to improve.
Both Tracey and Donna exceeded our expectations and ensured our special day was just perfect. The location was lovely, they explained the process in advance, the ceremony went without a hitch. Thank you so much!
