I had a great experience here. The processes were smooth and the staffs are efficient and caring. I found some difficulties to reach whether I wanted to go inside the hospital as it is big. It would be great if the management can improve the navigation hints inside. Inside you can see a lot of cafes and large lounges. Just make sure that your insurance is covering your procedures here.
I recently had an MRI done here, and while the reception staff were friendly, the rest of the experience was disappointing.nnWhen the nurses called me to the changing room, they seemed rushed and hurried me to get ready. Once inside the MRI machine, they didn’t take the time to ensure I was comfortable or properly positioned before starting the scan. They didn’t even check my positioning, which is crucial for accurate imaging.nnWhen my results came back, my doctor pointed out that the quality of the images was poor because my head was incorrectly positioned. This made it impossible to compare both sides of my brain. For a procedure that costs 500 euros, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism.nnAdding to the frustration, getting the results was a nightmare—slow and disorganized.
Nightmare. 20 mins just to get into the car park. The doctor's office said there was no fee for the procedure at the hospital. The hospital coded it wrong to a procedure I did not have. The doctor's office confirms there's no fee with the hospital 5 times. I have the emails to back this up. What is the point of ever using a private hospital? I thought you were supposed to be getting superior service and care? I've been nothing but stressed from this one visit. Awful experience that continues.
Just home from a total knee replacement on Thursday at Beacon Hospital under Mr Maurice Neligan. Real gentleman, great surgeon and great to deal with. Also the staff there from the time I entered the hospital on Thursday morning till I left on Saturday afternoon were absolutely outstanding. Thank You. Pat
As a patient and my first time in the hospital, I was given clear instructions for my arrival arrangements. The desk attendant on arrival was helpful and welcoming.nI even got given a newspaper while I waited.nI felt in good hands, from checking in to checking out .
